A native of Chatham, Mass., Kelleher has led the Pride, who are currently ranked 15th in the country, to a perfect start after four contests. She has tallied a team-high 12 points off six goals, including the game-winning goal in every game so far.
In Springfield's season-opening win against RPI in the Zenaty Invitational on Sept. 1, Kelleher tallied a pair of goals in a 1:42 span, including the game-winner, en route to the Pride's 5-0 victory. In the championship game of the Zenaty Invitational, Kelleher registered the game-winning tally just 41 seconds into the contest as Springfield went on to win 2-0 over Worcester State. For her efforts, Kelleher was tabbed the Tournament MVP of the Zenaty Invitational.
In the Pride's 4-0 win over Keene State on Sept. 5, Kelleher's goal at the 10-minute mark proved to be the game-winner. On Saturday, Sept. 8, Kelleher recorded a pair of goals, including her fourth game-winning tally in the Pride's 4-2 win over Ithaca.
Kelleher was a 2006 Division III NFHCA Second Team All-American and was chosen as a member of the First Team All-NEWMAC and NFHCA All-Region First Team last season.
Kelleher and the Pride return to action when they host Middlebury on Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. on Stagg Field.
