Babson Park, Mass. - April 23, 2012 - After several standout performances last week for the Springfield College women's lacrosse team, Jackie Moscardelli was named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.The Weymouth, Mass. native helped the Pride secure the second seed in the upcoming NEWMAC Championship as she totaled 12 points on 10 goals and two assists.
She tallied six goals and an assist at Smith before totaling four goals and an assist in a victory over Mount Holyoke. She also tacked on three ground balls, three draw controls, and four caused turnovers this week.
Kristen Mullady ‘00, enters her fourth season as the head women’s lacrosse coach at Springfield College. A former standout for Springfield’s women’s lacrosse team, Mullady led Springfield to the NEWMAC Championship in 2012. Read more.
