The All-Stars were determined by coaches or their designee within the ECAC Division III membership.
Torvi, who was also named the New England Women’s Volleyball Association (NEWVA) Volleyball Player of the Year, led Springfield to a 34-3 record, recording 539 kills and 155 blocks to go along with a .380 hitting clip. The New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Player of the Year also earned American Volleyball Coaches’ Association (AVCA) first-team All-America honors. The senior averaged 4.15 kills per set to lead the Pride to the NCAA Division III national quarterfinals.
Smolinski earned second-team honors after a standout sophomore season. Previously earning Honorable Mention All-America, NEWVA First Team All-Region, and NEWMAC All-Conference First Team accolades, Smolinski finished the year with 439 kills and 333 digs. She was especially dominant in post-season play as she was named the Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Division III Regional Championship.
