



Kansas City, Mo. - July 16, 2012 - Springfield College's George Adams was recognized for his efforts in the classroom by being selected to the The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court.The NABC Honors Court recognizes students-athletes who are academically a junior or senior and a varsity player and own a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2011-12 academic year. The students also must have matriculated at least one year at their current NCAA or NAIA institution.
Adams, an applied exercise science major hailing from Queens, N.Y. will enter his senior season for the Pride this upcoming year.

Charlie Brock in 2012-13 will enter his 15th season as the head coach at Springfield College and his 33rd season as a head coach overall. Brock’s achievements as a coach are certainly impressive. He has taken three schools to the NCAA Division III Tournament and has an overall, 32-year record of 440-397. Read more.
