SUMMER FUN IS A WEEK OF MATH AND SCIENCE FOR CITY KIDS AT SPRINGFIELD COLLEGE Summer fun for 25 middle school students from the City of Springfield was a $500 scholarship each for a week of math and science activities at Springfield College July 11 to 15, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Read more.
NEW FIELD COMPLEX IN USE
A new field complex, incorporating two multi-purpose fields surfaced with state-of-the-art synthetic field turf was completed this spring. Encompassing more than 200,000 square feet, the facility includes new lights, bleachers and scoreboards. Read more.

ATHLETICS
COLLEGE FINISHES 15TH IN NACDA DIRECTOR'S CUP STANDINGS RANKING THE TOP ATHLETIC PROGRAMS IN NATION Springfield College finished 15th out of 434 institutions in the final National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Director's Cup standings, Friday (June 17), which ranks the top Division III athletic programs in the country.
