| We are looking for a full time Physical Therapist to join our VNA Healthcare team!
Flexible, will consider part time or per visit hours as well.
Position Summary: VNA Healthcare & Eastern Rehabilitation Network (ERN) are offering an opportunity to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team of clinicians providing evaluation, treatment planning and implementation for homebound patients referred for physical therapy. Requirements
Position Requirements: BS required (MS preferred). Connecticut PT required. One year of clinical experience preferred. CPR certification required.
