Position Description:
| Occupational Therapist- Part Time - OT for our Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Program; non-benefited position. Responsible for performing new client evaluations in their homes. Variable hours between 9AM 5PM, M F. Community and/or geriatric OT experience preferred, good assessment skills and current Massachusetts licensure required. Position requires ability to travel for evaluations in any or all of the following counties: Franklin, Worcester, Hampshire, Hampden, and Berkshire. Submit resume & cover letter to hr@fchcc.org .
