MAIN FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Clinical Rehabilitation Services Manager and within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, responsible for coordinating Rehabilitation services, including daily operations, program development, staff performance and development, compliance and regulations, and budget. Perform evaluations and develop a plan for care and treatment for people requiring Rehabilitation services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required.
Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy licensure required.
Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
Five (5) years of Physical/Occupational Therapy experience required; of which three (2) years must be in homecare environment.
