Responsibilities
Assists patients in reaching maximum physical performance while adjusting to disabilities or recovering from injuries. Treats patients using standard physical therapy procedures. Determines patient's capabilities, needs, interests and goals and prepares individually tailored programs consistent with the physician's diagnosis.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license and CPR certification. A minimum of one-year Home Care experience is strongly preferred. You must have excellent judgment and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently. Must possess a valid driver's license; a motor vehicle report will be reviewed and final hiring decision will be based on information obtained.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license recognized by the employee's state of residence and satisfactory finding from their Motor Vehicle history report as a contingency of employment.
