Position Title:

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (C.O.T.A.)

Position Description:

CHD's Institute for Dynamic Living's Occupational Therapy Outpatient Clinic is seeking full and part time C.O.T.A.s. As a member of an interdisciplinary outpatient team, the C.O.T.A. will provide occupational therapy interventions to support children and their families to meet their specific rehabilitation goals. He/she will help facilitate individual and group sessions and will conduct documentation on the program Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) system. He/she will receive ongoing supervision from an Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed and group supervision with the rest of the team with the Occupational Therapy Program Director. Associate's degree, Occupational Therapy Assistant from a program accredited by the Council for Occupational Therapy Education required; current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and MA State License required; experience working with pediatric populations preferred but not necessary. Prefer 3-5 years of practice experience; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
