Position Description:
| Rehabilitation hospital located in northern Illinois outside the Chicago area. We offer both inpatient and outpatient therapy, including a specialized outpatient program called “Center for Community Re-entry” for patients who need more intensive therapy yet do not require an inpatient setting.
